The Kinlochbervie area accommodates a North West Sutherland crofting community with a modern harbour and nearby access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. It is a busy fishing port, yet despite its remoteness, has everything you would need as a stunning place to live, visit or stay a while.

Pods, yurts and other unconventional accommodation
A licence is required regardless of how long the let lasts - even a single night. Operating without a licence is a criminal offence and can result in fines and a one-year ban on reapplying.
