Public toilets are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  The Oldshoremore toilets are seasonal and close for the winter on 31 October.

The paper recycling skip is at Kinlochbervie Harbour near the helipad.

General Household Waste

There is a chemical waste disposal point at Loch Clash Stopover Campervan Site.   Cost £5 - payable at the Spar shop.  Included in the price if you are stopping overnight.

Please do not put toilet waste into the public toilets.  It doesn't matter whether you use green or blue chemicals.

Please do not dispose of grey water anywhere other than a proper disposal point.  It is against the law in Scotland to discharge grey water into the ground or even into a storm drain.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as showers at  the harbour.  They are on the ground floor in the building where the fishing boats land their catches.  Enter at the end closest to the car park. 

The washing machine and tumble dryer cost £5 each.  The shower is £1 for around 5 minutes.  Pound coins are needed.
