The Kinlochbervie area accommodates a North West Sutherland crofting community with a modern harbour and nearby access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. It is a busy fishing port, yet despite its remoteness, has everything you would need as a stunning place to live, visit or stay a while.

We encourage slow tourism so that you can feel more connected to and immersed in the beautiful places that we have to offer you. We want you to share in our culture, our history, our people and enjoy our beaches, our restaurants and our cafés. Our weather can be changeable but our rainbows are spectacular, so enjoy the good weather, which we frequently get but when it rains look for the rainbow.
