|A reminder that today is B-Day and the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service are in Kinlochbervie to take donations.|
They've set up the clinic in the Village Hall and will be drawing off pints of blood throughout the day.
If you haven't yet made an appointment you can still go along and maybe they'll be able to find a slot for you.
Giving blood is quick and easy with very little discomfort, but you will be helping to save the lives of countless people throughout Scotland.
In fact most people agree that the prick on your thumb to test for anaemia is the worst part.
If you are over the age of 17 you can give blood, and a group of pupils from Kinlochbervie High School will be making their first donations today, so well done!
Let's make this visit and even greater success than last year.
