Working for Marine Scotland as a key member within our team in Kinlochbervie you'll be providing general administrative support including data inputting, maintaining supplies of office materials, answering telephone calls and ensuring that all incoming e-mail and postal mail is examined and forwarded to the relevant person, maintaining electronic and manual filing and other general office duties.

You will often be the first point of contact with the general public so it is important that you have good customer care skills.

Minimum 5 Standard or Ordinary Grades including English and a subject which indicates competency in figurework such as Mathematics, etc. You must have excellent communication skills, be competent using microsoft IT packages and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Fixed term appointment for one year. Candidates with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the appointment will be invited to interview.
