|Kinlochbervie and the northwest communities took the full brunt of this week's 'Weather Bomb' over Tuesday night and Wednesday.|
Wednesday morning's high tide saw the waves crashing onto the road at Loch Clash and showering it with rocks and other debris.
The water came up over the quayside and crashed over the old toilet block and fishing boats alongside the quay in the harbour were falling and rising several feet on the swell.
Just down the road at Oldshoremore the beach was a maelstrom of swirling white water, carving up the beach.
Power was cut to a number of areas but, so far as we know, has fully been restored now although it remains very windy with showers of hail.
