|Taking advantage of the sunny Bank Holiday weather we took a walk out to Eilean na h-Eitaig.|
This tidal island lies off Oldshoremore beach and was where we spotted this rather nice Wheatear (now added to the Wildlife section of the Gallery).
It's a pleasant walk requiring a bit of a scramble over rocks at times, and gives a great view back to Oldshoremore and off along the coast.
Also spotted on our walk were Oystercatchers, gulls of various types, Curlew, Fulmars, and a solitary pair of Eider ducks sitting quietly on a rock.
